I've been struggling for far too long now. I'm back up to 175 after being down to 168 earlier this summer. I've been slacking on my exercise and I can really feel the difference in my body.
And I've been eating, and eating, and eating. :(
I hate the way I feel. I feel guilty when people ask me about my weight loss/bodybugg or complement me, like I should confess all my unhealthy choices to them. I know everything I should be doing, it's time for me to stop tweeting or blogging about it and actually do it! I had a really cool lightbulb moment yesterday. Why not see what my body is capable of? I know I'm physical able to take on a lot harder exercises-but mentally I hold back in my comfort zone. I want to see what a "fit" me would look like. It's time....
So with that I set a new goal weight of 150. I adjusted my bodybugg goals to reflect me new job (which I love!) where I'm not as active as before.
Daily calorie burn: 2250
Daily calorie intake: 1750
Daily calorie deficit: 500
With my new goals I'm also going to focus on:
Getting all my water in.
Exercising 6 days a week like before.
Preparing a healthy lunch the night before.
Meal planning for the week every Sunday.
Walk at least 30 miles in September.
Here's to the best September I've ever had!
